  • Who invented The Cupcake Courier?

    The Cupcake Courier was invented, designed and developed by mother of two Jennifer Gunn who was in need of a product to safely transport the gazillions of cupcakes she takes to her children's parties, school gatherings and any other event or function.

  • What are the dimensions of The Cupcake Courier?

    The Cupcake Courier:  11" height; 15.8" width; 11" depth

    Trays: 10.4" width x 13.8" length x 3.2" height

    Cups:  1.1" height x 3.5" diameter

     

    Plenty of room for cupcakes with frosting swirls and decorations.

  • What colours does The Cupcake Courier come in?

    The Cupcake Courier comes in 5 beautiful colours.

  • Can I purchase The Cupcake Courier anywhere else?

    At this stage The Cupcake Courier is exclusively sold in Australia and New Zealand on this website and we also sell on ebay.

     

    We may look at retail and wholesale options further down the track.

  • When will I receive The Cupcake Courier?

    As soon as your order has been processed and payment received, The Cupcake Courier will be sent to you via our courier service to your door.  You should receive your Cupcake Courier within 2-14 working days.

     

    If you live in capital cities or along the East Coast your shipping will be closer to 2-4 days.

     

    If you are located in WA, NT or Outback QLD, NSW, SA or VIC your shipping will be closer to 10-14 days.

     

  • What payment options are available?

    The Cupcake Courier chooses to use Paypal as the preferred payment option.  This ensures that your payment is 100% safe and secure without exposing your credit card or bank account details.  This system allows you to direct deposit from your account or use a credit card facility safely and securely.

    You can also use Direct Deposit from your bank account if this is more suitable.  Plesae email us at keren@thecupcakecourier.com.au for bank details or any problems.

  • What is the policy regarding returns or faults?

    All items are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch.  However, if The Cupcake Courier is defective, it should be returned for replacement.  If The Cupcake Courier cannot be supplied for any reason, a full refund will be offered. 

    We must be contacted with 14 days from the purchase date in relation to any faults.

    We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit.  Please arrange for the most secure postal service and retain receipt of postage.  Delivery charges are not refundable.

    We are not obliged to provide a refund, credit or exchange if you have changed your mind or decided you no longer want the item.

     

    If your product is damaged in any way upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible it will be replaced immediately.

  • What is The Cupcake Courier's privacy policy?

    The Cupcake Courier understands that your personal information must be treated with the utmost care and security.

    Please rest assured that all information is kept in a secure environment and is not shared with anyone else. If at any time you wish to be removed from The Cupcake Courier database, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list.

  • Where can I get the fabulous cupcakes featured on this site?

    The cupcakes featured on this site are all produced by The Cupcake Company located in Brisbane.

    Our cupcakes are made to order from superior ingredients, mixed with loads of love and fun in every batch. 

    Pretty please with frosting on top...

  • Can I collect my order from you?

    Yes, absolutely...if you live in Brisbane!  Please note, we are NOT at the warehouse at all times, so it is best to contact us or call prior to collection to ensure we will be on the premises.

  • How much is shipping?

    Logistics and postal companies, charge us by cubic weight, which is the physical size of the courier box. Unfortunately, there is no way to pack it down or make it smaller, as its a preformed unit.  Shipping and handling of each Cupcake Courier is $15.00.

  • Is shipping cheaper if I buy more than one?

  • Is it cheaper if I purchase 2 or more?

    Unfortunately the answer to this is no.  At this stage we do not wholesale but this may be something we look at in the future.
